Bellissima Italia Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the Bellissima Italia Affiliate Programme. By applying to and participating in the programme, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
To join the programme, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active online presence (such as a blog, website, or social media account). All applications are subject to approval by Bellissima Italia and we may decline any application at our discretion.
Commission
You will earn a 10% commission on the value of every qualifying sale made through your unique affiliate link. A qualifying sale is one that is completed and not subsequently cancelled or refunded.
We may change the commission rate, payout structure, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on your affiliate dashboard or communicated by email.
Cookie Tracking
We use a 30-day tracking cookie. If a customer clicks your link and makes a purchase within 30 days, the sale will be credited to your account—provided another affiliate link hasn’t been clicked since.
Payments
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum threshold of £20. Payments are released 30 days after the customer’s transaction date to allow for returns, refunds, or disputes.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are up to date. We are not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information.
Promotion Guidelines
You must promote Bellissima Italia honestly and in line with our brand. Affiliates must comply with all advertising regulations and clearly disclose affiliate links (e.g., using #ad or #affiliate).
You may not:
- Use paid advertising to compete with Bellissima Italia (e.g., bidding on branded keywords)
- Misrepresent the brand or products
- Use spam or deceptive marketing tactics
- Use our content, logos, or trademarks without permission
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, for any reason, including breach of these terms, inactivity, or misuse of the programme.
Programme Changes
We may update or change any part of this programme, including commission rates and terms, at any time. Continued participation means you accept the latest version of these terms.
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of earnings, or tracking errors related to your participation in the programme. We make no guarantees about income potential.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
